NPH-5000 Mix/dispense valve includes a snuff-back mechanism which prevents dripping after the dispense cycle.
Two check valves, located in the removable nose section, prevent cross contamination of the two materials in the event of a system imbalance.
Simple design with modular components allow for quick rebuild.
The valve uses the standard disposable static mixer. It is ergonomically designed in the hand held version and can be configured for stationary or X-Y table mounting.
Available on all Ashby Cross two-component dispensing systems and may be retrofit to most meter, mix units.
