2500 Double-Acting
The 2500 Double Acting, piston, meter - mix system for bonding or structural bonding where medium to high production throughput is needed or large components are bonded. The machine will process materials such as epoxy, urethane, and silicone within a 1:1 to 20:1 ratio range by volume. Either filled or unfilled. Wetted components and seals are abrasion resistant to reduce maintenance and provide highly accurate, repeatable metering. Output is either continuous (double-acting) or intermittent.

GP80
The GP80 gear meter-mix system for bonding applications using pourable, non-abrasive materials such as epoxy, urethane, and acrylic. The GP80 will process a wide range of ratios from 1:1 to 10:1 with an adjustable ratio capability. The system may be run in continuous or intermittent mode. A wide range of feed tanks are available.
