2500 Series dispense system FLOW SCHEMATIC

4-way rotary valve directs flow from each feed pump into the left side of each metering cylinder driving metered material out of the right side of the cylinder, through the valve to the mix/dispense head.

(Valve rotates 90°) when the pistons reach the end of the stroke, the common actuator simultaneously rotates the valves to position 2. Material now flows into the right side of the metering cylinder, driving metered material from the left side to the mix/dispense head. The use of rotary valves to direct flow eliminates the use of unreliable ball check valves.
